Rich experience of successful spreader operation fabricated by the company Baltkran allowed developing the wide range of models in a short time that can be used either with our own container cranes or with any other cranes. All load suspension devices can be operated in Temperature condition from -40 up to +40 C.

Fixed spreaders for cranes with hook: gantry cranes, portal cranes, bridge cranes.

Semi-automatic spreaders are fixed to the hooks of gantry, bridge and portal cranes. Twistlock control is carried out mechanically by means of special rope pulling. Hooking/unhooking is carried out without help of crane workers. Simplicity and convenience of spreader installation allow converting from hook crane into container crane in a short time. There is no necessity to arrange power supply for the spreader and to update the crane control circuit.

Slewing automatic spreaders are featured with their own slewing arrangement and can be used in container gantry and bridge cranes. Hooking/unhooking of containers is carried out at the command of operator from the cabin.

Such kind of spreaders is aimed for handling of 3 and 5 t intermediate universal containers. They are featured with their own slewing drive. Control of spreader is carried out from the cabin.

Such cross-beams are aimed for container, gantry, portal, bridge and other cranes in case if it is necessary to extend crane functions and make them multi-purpose. They are mounted and dismounted at a short time without additional changes in crane structures. Such cross-beams convert cranes from handling of one type of load to another one quickly and without any expenses in order to handle long, heavy-lift and other not standard loads.

Such cross-beams are to be suspended to the cranes of all types in case if it is necessary to work with metal-roll or with metal scrap. After suspension to the hook the cross-beam is to be connected to the crane electric installation.
