Our technical service department was established in 1990. It was aimed at fulfillment of large, qualitative and fast service works for preventive maintenance and reliable operation of cranes at site.
|Specialists of Baltkran technical service engineer crane maintenance programs, that include recommendations concerning:|

|- preventive crane maintenance and crane units repair,|
|- delivery of spare parts|
|- crane additional equipment|
|- personnel training in crane operation|
|- personnel training in electronic crane management system use and operation|
|After being trained personnel get operating instruction leaflet to secure smooth and efficient crane operation.|
Technical service provides remote diagnostics of crane operating parameters.
Baltkran offers full technical service of cranes (without client specialists involvement). Baltkran specialists provide crane diagnostics, repair conclusion, and also recommendations for modernization, reequipment (for example cabin), crane reconstruction, including replacement of contactor control to more economic one with frequency inverters, function extension and resource saving. All this can be done by the Clients order.
Contractual services during the crane delivery include set of wear and other spare parts, that are more required according to statistics. Spare parts are to be ordered by means of Catalogue developed by Baltkran.
The aim of our technical service is to prolong the period of post-warranty service, to make crane operation more reliable, quickly determine and eliminate possible failures that may arise during crane operation, and to reduce maintenance costs, costs for spare parts replacement and costs for crane accessories.
